Main subtitle: New exam type, enhanced bulk unschedule, & custom email invitations ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 1 Slide title: Search and Schedule Report Enhanced (1/4) Two new feature have been added to the Search and Schedule Report; Exporting the results to a class or emailing them. To access these features run a Search and Schedule report and click the down arrow icon as show in the image above. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 2 Slide title: Search and Schedule Report Enhanced (2/4) The email feature is available for these options: "Who Failed Their Last Attempt" and "Who Are Scheduled For and Did Not Complete This Exam" To send a custom email after scheduling, turn email notifications OFF in Exam Properties/Activate and run this report using the "Who Are Scheduled For and Did Not Complete This Exam" option. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 3 Slide title: Search and Schedule Report Enhanced (3/4) You can also export results to a class. The class name can not be changed on the export screen. Go to Groups > Classes to do that. After exporting to a class, you can Bulk Schedule those students for another exam or save the grouping for your records. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 4 Slide title: Search and Schedule Report Enhanced (4/4) Running the report with the option "Who Failed Their Last Attempt" will display an "R" next to the schedule icon if the person has been rescheduled. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 5 Slide title: Bulk Unschedule Enhanced (1/1) A common need of training departments is to unschedule students who haven't completed one exam and reschedule them students for another exam. You can now do that using the Bulk Unschedule with radio button option "Bulk schedule students for another exam" as show in the image above. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 6 Slide title: New exam type: BARS / Observational Exam (1/4) Finally, we added a new exam type called BARS (behaviorally anchored rating scale) also referred to as observational exams. 1) This is not an exam taken by students. A supervisor watches a person perform a task and grades them 2) You can not change the exam type in Exam Properties after creating it since it uses different question types 3) To create a BARS exam go to Exams > Add Exam and select BARS from the drop down as show in the image above ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 7 Slide title: New exam type: BARS / Observational Exam (2/4) You can assign points to each question that factor in to a final grade. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 8 Slide title: New exam type: BARS / Observational Exam (3/4) BARS exams are graded in the Instructor Section. When a student is scheduled for a BARS exam it will appear on the screen Students > [select student] > Exams tab. To grade the exam use the drop down menu and select "To be graded" ---------------------------------------------------------------- SLIDE 9 Slide title: New exam type: BARS / Observational Exam (4/4) The BARS exam type displays all questions on one screen. It allows a supervisor to easily grade an employee on a list of job related skills. ----------------------------------------------------------------
